I have been pleasantly surprised by this light. There’s a very quality feel to it for the cost, and it pushes out a really nice spectrum of light. It’s pretty powerful, too (it does get decently warm). It also comes with a Bluetooth “commander” that plugs in line with the main power so you can use Chihiros’s app to control the light, which has been super easy to use. Overall, it’s a super nice light for my low tech shrimp tank setups.

Very unhappy with purchase. the light might be ok but seems weaker than my A series lights. the app is crap!!! what the heck. No simple and direct instructions for set up on site or in package? poor/no easy support from chihiros or vendor. App not user friendly or intuitive. App does not like to find the device even if says paired. finally did then a bunch of crap to go through or skip just to get to basic or auto set up. too much wasted time trying to figure out odd menu choices. needs to be streamlined w option to get fancy. I want to spend time with my tank and livestock not with a quirky app.
