I never realized how crummy my stock (Fluval) light was until I got this one. It brings out the most *incredible* colors. I am noticing my plants doing a little better so far too. Being able to swivel it out of the way is also convenient.My complaint? MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR LIGHTING SCHEDULE IN THE APP PERFECT THE FIRST TIME! Once I saved my lighting schedule, it wouldn’t allow me to readjust the light times, only the brightness level in each time slot that I created. Bummed about that, but overall happy with the product.

So surprised with how bad this encounter was. The item was shipped with cosmetic defects (missing paint and a scratch) and I was told I could fix it was a sharpie or be charged for an exchange. Terrible service and products, will not be shopping here again.

I already had the silver non-bluetooth and couldn’t resist this one especially color. Great lighting as usual but I feel the app is a little finicky and definitely needs as much love as they did to the light. All in all no real complaints

I had a regular flat nano and love it too, but I wanted a light that allowed me to set and forget a true circadian schedule. This even has a night light and the transitions between intensities are nice and slow and smooth. Much better than the inline timer I was using. It’s also very bright. My main 8 hours of light for my buce and anubias shrimp tank is 45% that’s how bright this light is. You can grow some very demanding high light plants with this at 100%.

I’ve always used cheaper lights, usually around $20, but I had a little extra cash this time, so I decided to splurge on this one—and let me tell you, it WORKS. This light has all the features I needed, and I truly believe it’s worth spending a bit more for the quality and elegance it offers.

My only complaint, if it is one at all is that even on the app you can only have 5 set points for your lighting schedule and intensity changes. Coming from the reef hobby where lights and their apps give you ultimate control over spectrum and minute by minute programming I was a bit surprised at that. With what seems like an easily accessible digital timer functionality, giving it total control of the light to the app would be an easy change for more nuanced programming.
